YoungGuns held with late equaliser at Cwrt-Yr-Ala.

Saturday seen the YoungGuns pick up there second point of the season as we continue to build and gain momentum as a team which in turn will hopefully see some more positive results given the positive attitude of both the team and management. On interview Assistant Manager Isaac Berry quoted

First I’d like to thank all who came down to watch and to support and the atmosphere Llantwitt Major brought.
The first half we really took the game to Major fashioning a number of early chances. We then went onto get a good goal half way through the half from Dave Lyons coming back into the starting 11. For the remainder of the half the game became scrappy with us seeing it through till half time.
At the start of the second half we really came out the blocks again with us hitting the bar inside the first 30 seconds. After this Llantwitt came into the game scoring a goal of there own. With the game again scrappy Rammier Outlaw scores our second of the game to put us back in front. With 8 minutes left Major bag themselves a penalty.
Me and the Gaffer saw fantastic signs again at the weekend and feel that a run of results are right around the corner. We take plenty of positives from the game and the group and move on. Your support as always is greatly appreciated and needed moving forward.

Saturday we start this seasons JD Welsh Cup journey with an away fixture to Pontypridd Town. JD Cymru Podcast link below with an exclusive interview with Vice Captain Jerome Maynard heading into the weekends fixture.
